Randy Faustino
President, Music Mixer
Randy is an Emmy award winning broadcast music mixer, involved in the audio industry for over 35 years. Randy traveled the world mixing monitors and FOH for a wide variety of different artists throughout the 80’s and early 90’s. Migrated to television audio in 1996, where he continued to mix monitors and FOH for numerous award shows and music specials. Co-founder of RTMix, Inc. in 2007, creating a business dedicated to producing the best possible music mixes for both pre-recorded and live music specials, live concert streaming and reoccurring music shows. Tim Hatayama
Vice President, Music Mixer, ProTools Engineer
The “T” of RTMix, Tim is a seven-time Emmy nominee and has worked with countless artists like Bruno Mars, who affectionately calls him, “Wizard of Oz”. A multi-linguist from Taiwan and Japan, Tim earned degrees from both Berklee College of Music and Purdue University. Before moving to LA, Tim contributed his multi-instrumental and programming skills to chart-climbing releases, commercials, and documentaries throughout Asia. IMDB Link
Jesse Dunham
Team Manager, Music Mixer, ProTools Engineer
Jesse is a music producer, mixer, and recordist. Born and raised in New England, his talents took him to Los Angeles to further pursue his passion. After graduating top of his class at the Recording Arts program at Musicians Institute, he began working in various music studios and post-houses throughout LA, eventually switching gears in 2013 to join RTMix as one of their music mixers and engineers. Jon Brooks
ProTools Engineer, Music A2, Mastering Engineer
Jon is a sound engineer trained in the ancient art of ProTools and the mysterious dark art of Audio Mastering. He produced, mixed and mastered the debut album of the band Screams of Vengeance. He studies Audio DSP and synthesis to develop plugins currently not on the market. Jon also has an immense passion and works in 3D motion graphics.
Matt Levy
ProTools Engineer, Vocal Producer
Matt Levy was born and raised in Los Angeles, California where at a young age, he fell in love with the art of songwriting. The drive to create and his curiosity for music production brought him to intern at RTMix at the age of 15. In the 10 years since, Matt has picked up many skills and currently works as a protools engineer and vocal producer on many of our shows. In his off time, he is an avid rock climber and adventure-photographer.
Yoshi Ady
ProTools Engineer, Record Producer
Yoshi is a producer and recording engineer born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i. He attended Berklee College of Music graduating with a degree in Electronic Production and Design. He then moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in production and engineering and has earned 2x UK Gold, 3x Silver certifications on his productions. He has also worked on two albums that peaked at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.
Kim Faustino
Office Manager
Kim has more than 4 decades of experience as a financial administrator. Kim joined RTMix in 2014, taking over all of the office management and accounting duties. She’s the mother hen of our team and keeps our balances in check!
